Your Backyard Gardener

I’ve always found peace while tending to my backyard garden. Since a very young age, my grandpa taught me so much of what I know today. I was right by his side learning as well as tasting the crop we had just harvested. This year we have expanded our garden to a 20’x30’ space and we are excited to start growing over 20 veggies and herbs!

I am a self taught backyard gardener since a very young age. Growing up I would spend a lot of time with my grandparents absorbing all of the facts from my grandpa. He taught me so much of what I know today about veggies, herbs, and flowers. 
To make our garden extra special, we are cultivating in the same space that I first learned how to garden. We currently live in the house that my grandparents lived in. There are some really wonderful memories that pop up while working in the same garden space that I once helped my grandpa in. 
Last year, we created a garden space that was about 20’x20’ and this year we decided to expand it a bit. This year we have an even bigger area (20’x30’) and will be planting about the same amount of veggies and herbs. We can’t wait to share our growing season with you!
