Have you heard our story about growing corn last year? Well if not, here it goes:

We planted it in the very north side of our garden which meant it only got morning and evening sun for most of the summer. Then it grew tall enough and started producing corn (horray!) until one night before harvesting, some animal came in a destroyed it all!

Well we are going to do our best to not let that happen this year! In less than two months since planting the corn that is farthest south in the garden is already chest high!

If you have grown and harvested corn before, what are some tips you have?

Oh, and you know that saying ”knee high by the Fourth of July”….yeah we are way over that mark!
